Effective July 13, 2026
By creating an account or using Paqid ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Paqid is a personal budgeting tool. You enter your own financial information; Paqid helps you organize and plan it. Paqid does not connect to your bank and does not move money.
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Don't misuse the Service — for example, don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Paqid is a paid subscription: $45 per year or $4.50 per month, starting with a 30-day free trial (no credit card required to begin). Pricing is shown up front. You may cancel at any time; there are no long-term contracts. During any introductory, free, or beta period the Service may be offered at no charge, and we'll tell you before any charge begins. Taxes may apply where required.
Paqid is a tool, not a financial, tax, legal, or investment advisor. Decisions you make with it are your own.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paqid and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We keep daily backups, but you are responsible for retaining your own financial records.
You may stop using Paqid at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or others.
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
